Stephen Robinson
CEO
Stephen Robinson has succeeded Steve Hall as CEO of Adult & Teen Challenge WA in 2025, part of a global network of Christian rehabilitations intended to put “Hope in Reach” to people struggling with addictions. Stephen has been married to Kiele since 2009 and has three children, Kaci, Ella and Flynn.
Stephen first started his calling to Community Services work with the Salvation Army as a Work Therapist at the Harry Hunter Rehabilitation Centre. Stephen has had may roles which have included Manager of Goldfields Rehabilitation Centre, General Manager of Homelessness and the Bridge Program for The Salvation Army, Area Manager for Missions Australia Pilbara and State Manager/Operations Manager in Disability.
One of Stephen’s proudest achievements is Project Managing the $25 million build and Management of The Beacon 104 bed Homeless Facility for the Salvation Army WA. Stephen has a passion to help those less fortunate to turn their lives around, just as others had helped him turn his life around after struggling with addiction for 14 years. Stephen who has now been living free from addiction for 19 years loves being around family and loves watching sport, especially his beloved Fremantle Dockers.
As CEO of Adult & Teen Challenge WA, Stephen says that he wants to continue the legacy of Malcolm Smith and the vision of David Wilkerson and continue to give people “Hope in Reach”. He also said we will have many challenges but if we put GOD at the centre of it al, we will meet those challenges head on and be guided to achieve greatness.
Caroline Preedy

Caroline has walked her own journey of addiction for 15 years and successfully turned her life around, graduating the Adult & Teen Challenge program in 2006.
With over 15 years of experience in the AOD sector, Caroline brings a personal and compassionate approach to putting Hope in Reach to women and families to break free from life controlling addiction.
“I know what it’s like to be stuck in addiction, struggling with being a single parent and having no hope. The greatest gift I have been given is to be able to turn around and help someone else find that same Hope”
Bramwell Nemhara
Student Services
Born in Zimbabwe, Bramwell Nemhara is a dedicated community leader with a deep passion for supporting vulnerable and marginalised individuals, particularly men, navigating complex life challenges. His career has been shaped by a strong commitment to social justice, spiritual care and practical support for those facing adversity.
Bramwell has extensive experience across a range of respected organisations. He served as a Youth and Ministry Assistant at the Salvation Army Corps (WA), and later as a Youth and Children’s Ministry Worker at the Salvation Army Gosford Corps (NSW). His heart for Indigenous youth led him to work as an Aboriginal Youth Mentor with Centrecare in Kalgoorlie, followed by impactful roles with Wungening Aboriginal Corporation as an Assertive Outreach Worker and Drugs and Alcohol Counsellor based at Acacia Prison. His leadership extended further as a Youth Project Manager with World Vision in Derby (WA) and most recently as a Team Leader at Foundation Housing where he continued to empower individuals through housing and support services.
Now part of Adult & Teen Challenge WA, Bramwell brings a wealth of frontline experience, cultural understanding and trauma-informed, faith-driven approach to supporting men. His work is focused on helping individuals break free the cycles of addiction, shame, and disconnection – restoring dignity, purpose and hope for a better future.
